How coordination works

From transportation need to daily service

A clear, repeatable coordination process keeps districts, vendors, and families informed at every stage of service.

  1. Transportation Need

Your team shares the route, schedule, and student transportation needs through a request or a direct conversation.

  2. Route and Service Review

Schedules, addresses, student support needs, and points of contact are reviewed with your transportation staff.

  3. Driver and Vehicle Coordination

Service is coordinated around driver readiness, vehicle readiness, route timing, and each student’s transportation plan.

  4. Daily Communication

Dispatch stays in contact with drivers through the service day, and changes are re-confirmed with the people who rely on them.

  5. Follow-Up and Adjustment

Concerns and service updates are documented, reviewed, and followed up with the appropriate district, vendor, or family contact.

Season to season

A partner through the whole calendar

School transportation runs on a yearly rhythm. ITC Transit plans with districts and vendors ahead of each season so routes are ready when students are.
