What to expect
Students do best with predictable transportation. We aim for consistent drivers, consistent timing, and consistent pickup and drop-off procedures.
Our drivers are expected to treat every student with patience and respect, and to follow the guidance provided by schools and families.
If a route is delayed or a schedule changes, dispatch communicates with the school, vendor, or family contact on file.

Use the Cancel Ride form to notify ITC Transit of a cancellation. Please submit cancellations as early as possible so routes stay on time for everyone.
Call dispatch directly at 651-214-6171 for anything urgent or same-day. Dispatch is available Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM. For immediate danger or medical emergencies, call 911 first.
